Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping policy for paperback and hardcover books:

  • All paperback and hardcover book orders are processed within 7 working days of the order.
  • We do not charge you for shipping to UK addresses. Delivery costs outside of the UK apply and will be clearly stated at the checkout once you have entered your shipping address.
  • For certain international locations, the books may incur additional local customs and taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All our books pass through stringent quality checks. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please get in touch with us at books@nsciencepublishing.com within 30 days of receipt.
  • nscience Publishing House reserves the right to change or discontinue UK FREE shipping & delivery at any time. 

Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns policy for books:

  • All paperback and hardcover book orders placed through the nscience publishing house website are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery receipt. Please send the book in the post to the following address with a copy of your purchase receipt. If the book is in the same condition as sold, our returns department will issue you a credit note for the purchase amount which can be redeemed against future purchases on the nscience publishing house website. Unfortunately we cannot refund or issue credit for postage: nscience Publishing House, Returns & Refunds Department, 21 Ellis Street, London, SW1X 9AL, United Kingdom 
  • A full refund will be issued for any damaged paperback or hardcover books received by the customer. 
  • E-book orders qualify as digital content and customers have 30 days from the date of order to claim a full refund if they received a faulty item. After 30 days, nscience Publishing House will have one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty goods, the customer can choose the option they prefer. If the attempt at repaid/replacement is unsuccessful, the consumer can claim a refund or a price reduction if they wish to keep the product
